Since entering the industry in 1991, James Tjoa has

and developers. His commitment to his clients is
evidenced by his perennial ranking in the top 1% of
RE/MAX agents nationwide.
In a continuing effort to offer superior client service,
James has assembled a dedicated team of licensed
real estate professionals, each with a specific role,
all focused on our clients' needs.
With backgrounds in property development, construction management, marketing,
and legal services, James and his team design working solutions for the most
complex transaction.
A lifelong native of Seattle and graduate of the University of Washington, James is
active in many business and civic organizations. He is a member of the Commercial
Brokers Association (CBA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Seattle-King
County Association of Realtors (SKCAR), and is a Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) candidate.
James is also a longtime contributor and member of many non-profit and charitable
organizations including the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI), the United Way,
First Place School, and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. His commitment to his
clients has earned him several career honors, including membership in the
Chairman's Club, the highest award given to RE/MAX agents worldwide.
