A lifelong native of Seattle and graduate of the University of Washington, James is active in many
business and civic organizations. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA),
National Association of Realtors (NAR), Seattle-King County Association of Realtors (SKCAR), and
is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
James is a also a longtime contributor and active member of many non-profit and charitable
organizations including the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI), the United Way, First Place
School, and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. He has earned several career honors including the
RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, and the induction into the Chairman's Club, the highest
honor given to RE/MAX agents worldwide.
