Property Meadowdale Apartments is an

The apartment was built in 1987 and is
comprised of ten wood frame buildings on
a 5.4 acre site. The units are a mix of one,
two, and three bedrooms.

Challenge Our client hired us to search for a 100+ unit apartment complex
outside of Seattle city limits. The buyer was a non-profit housing developer with
challenging funding requirements; multiple lenders; and lengthy feasibility,
financing, and closing periods. The seller, meanwhile, was under time
exchange. Due to the confliciting requirements of the two parties, negotiations
were problematic.
Solution To satisfy the specific needs and requirements of both buyer and
seller, we provided expert contract negotiations and contract management.
The property eventually sold for $6,845,000 and closed within the necessary
timeframe.
